How often should I clean my Carepod?
For optimal air quality and performance, we recommend a quick rinse of the stainless steel tank daily and a thorough sterilization of the internal parts once a week.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Carepod comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Can I use essential oils in my Carepod?
Carepod is designed primarily as a high-performance humidifier. We do not recommend adding essential oils directly into the water tank as they can damage the internal components and affect the ultrasonic misting technology.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home environment. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
